Parle was launching a premium centre-filled masala candy that stood apart from popular offerings with sharp, spicy tastes, that hit the palate hard. We concluded that fresh, vibrant and unexpected flavours brightened up the moment, appealing to a wide target audience of kids and adults alike. And because the candy was ‘just sweet enough’ to be popped in anytime, and have as many as you loved, we decided to make this proposition our guiding force and present Zing as the perfect choice, anywhere, anytime, by anyone to pick up on the go!
The Branding reminds one of the comic-book burst of happiness. As for packaging, we chose the brightest and happiest hue of the ingredient to do all the talking – for instance, a bright green for a raw mango candy pack – a trick that caught the eye instantly.
Bright and peppy colours combined with happy graphic forms elevates Zing to more than a brand – a happy place to be for all.
